This finding looks at the relationship between the age at the time of sexual debut and the likelihood of delinquent behavior.

Compared with peers who became sexually active at their high-school's average age at sexual debut, adolescents who became sexually active at an earlier age were 20 percent more likely to become involved in delinquent behavior.
